The engraver as described is Blanchin I., as some other engravings in the same book are signed by himself.

The plan is printed in between the text of page 106, immediately beneath Description de la cite de Valette de Malte, which is the title of the text. In all editions, the plan is reproduced on page 106. This plan has been first copied from Matteo Perez d’Aleccio from his engravings in 1582.
